Davi Bryan is the founder and principal partner at SRO Advisors. With a distinguished career at prestigious consultancies like PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture, she now channels her human capital expertise towards mid-sized and growing businesses.
Davi in a leader in the human capital space with almost 20 years’ experience partnering with executives and leaders to drive transformation and revolutionize experiences. She is a trusted advisor to the C-suite and high level leaders on creating a future-ready organization. Davi’s expertise includes: business transformation, strategic change, digital transformation and culture, workplace experience, organization strategy, D&I, and post-merger integration. Most recently, her work has been around Board effectiveness and using digital transformation to drive new ways of work and experiences.
The name “SRO” (Standing Room Only) reflects her passion for Broadway. Davi is also a co-producer of an off-Broadway play and actively explores how creative industry professionals can drive business success.
As a digital nomad, Davi enjoys discovering the unique charm of cities and towns across the US. She is currently living in her home town in Texas and is soaking up lots of family time.
